“ Visited for the first time. The patio is big and heated. The inside is large and modern. The service was extremely fast and friendly. They portions are HUGE, and I recommend sharing unless you have a very large aperitif appetite. Even my 15 year old son couldn't finish his plate. We had the chilaquiles, French toast, and fried chicken and donuts. They were all very tasty and hot, and they came out fast! I mean VERY fast. We also had the lavender lemonade that was sweet and aromatic and the lattes. All 3 are for around 100. So good, so fast and so nice and friendly! We'll definitely be back, and I recommend it to anyone visiting old town Pasadena. ”
“ Been wanting to try this place for a very long time since there is always a wait time. But let me tell you, it is damn worth the wait. Their signatures are the fried chicken donut and mushroom fries, and they both blew my mind. Must try brunch place. ”
“ This place is amazing!. Our food, service, and overal experience was great. To elaborate on the food l, we had breakfast and drinks so this review is on that specifically. The drinks and food had some magical balance to it, its almost unexplainable. Highly recommended. (Lavender mimosa & blood orange margaritas) & (fried chicken and doughnuts, French toast logs). ”
“ Okay this place was packed out!!! We waited about 35 minutes to get seated so if you’re in a rush this is not for you. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The service was the best that we had in over a year. I wish we could remember his name... but we know he’s been there since the opening. This young man would be the main reason we return. Now the food... Nothing really stood out from the food mostly under season lacking flavor. Also my bacon was overcooked. My wife salmon had no flavor and the broccoli tips were hard. The Mac was really good and the French toast was good also overall they’re a solid 4.3 ”
“ Large portions, creative foods, deliciously prepared, delicious cocktails, with friendly and attentive staff, made for a very pleasant dining experience at Great Maple! We loved our salad and our egg breakfast dish! It was Easter Sunday, the restaurant was packed, and despite that, we hadgreatservice all around! ”
“ Everything we ordered here was absolutely beautiful!! We are kind of wanted to meet up quick because I was in town and they were in this direction, so he just happen to pick somewhere near the freeway without having really looked at the menu reviews and it was amazing! My burger was definitely the thickest patty I've ever received, and although it could've been salt it up a little more. It was delicious nonetheless. The French toast was a huge portion and surprisingly my brother was able to kill his chicken and donuts, but said it was the most delicious! We came on a super rainy day, so they were only a few other tables, but I can see this place being packed. Definitely will be back next time my husband and I are in town. ”
“ A truly great experience, after a naturalization ceremony at the Civic Center food and rest was needed. We did have a reservation, but we showed up early and they sat us immediately anyway. Service was fast and very helpful. The location and decor make for a very enjoyable time. Unique foods and drinks stood out, and it was as if they took great tasty words and shoved them together to challenge the chef. The chef delivered. Don't hesitate to visit this delightful restaurant. ”
“ This place was FANTASTIC!! As someone who’s worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, this is how I’d want my place run! Atmosphere was great, food was delicious, and the service was top notch! From the host who welcomed us, to the manager, everyone was amazing. My girlfriend and I went in on Saturday late brunch-ish time. 3pm? She ordered the chilaquiles and I had the chicken and donuts. We started with coffee, I had a latte and she an iced coffee. Both were great. Then the food. Wow. We saw another couple had the chicken sandwich and the French toast, and we almost ordered that but we went this way instead. Next time that’s what I’m ordering though ! Our food was incredible!! The chicken was so juicy and crunchy and the sweetness of the donut. Amazing. It’s like white people’s version of chicken and waffles That donut, is denseeeee. It’s not light and airy like a donut, it’s more like if a donut and a waffle had a baby .. Donfle! But it was delicious ! The chilaquiles were also delicious, we all agreed you MUST order it with eggs. We got over medium (my lady is Mexican so I trust her food judgment here) and it was perfect ! Now, normally I’d say go just because of the food. However, our server was what made the entire experience ! His name is Evan and he was the best. He was kind, charming, friendly, and very welcoming. I felt like we were old friends and this was his house. If I were his manager I’d give him a raise! Evan, thanks so much for an amazing Saturday day date for my lady and I ”
